Saratoga Chocolates creatse exceptional handmade chocolate confections. A feast for the mouth and eye alike, we use fresh ingredients, no preservatives, and chocolate that will please the toughest connoisseur. Our chocolates' ingredients come from California. The chocolate is produced in Northern California by premier chocolate sources, our creams come from a local dairy with no additives or hormones, and our produce is grown locally. Our Chocolatier, Mary Loomas has been trained internationally including Valrohna's Ecole Grad Chocolate in France. She emphasizes the total experience including appearance, mouth feel, and above all, the flavor of her chocolates. Saratoga Chocolates is a family owned business. Mary and her husband are life-long chocolate connoisseurs. They have searched the world for great chocolates and were mostly disappointed with the offerings. Mary decided to see if she could make what she could not buy and in doing so, discovered her passion and hiddent talent for creating superior confections.
