Schletewitz Farms, started in 1932, is truly a family enterprise. Ron is second generation and present head of the family. His son Eric Schletewitz and wife Alessandra , daughter Michele and son-in-law Erik Kisby are the third generation, and we all enjoy watching the fourth generation Ethan 5 and Ashley 2 grow up. Alessandra’s sister Luciana also joins in on market days at PAFM. The family philosophy is to grow only what they themselves enjoy. Their goal is to provide safe wholesome food for others to enjoy. To achieve this they have planted about 150 acres with a variety of fruits which ripen in succession during all four seasons starting with apricots and ending with grapes. They are also diligently working toward organic certification. To bring these wonderful fruits to you at PAFM, they must leave Schletewitz Farms about 2:00 a.m. The Schletewitz family is proud of their farm and happy to have you visit their orchards. 9394 East N Ave., Sanger California.
